1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and babu80 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the babu80 website, mobile site, games, sportsbook, payment systems, and all related services available at babu80.club (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, completing the babu80 Login process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the babu80 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the babu80 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, babu80 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation of suspected fraud.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balances.

3.3 Account Verification

babu80 may require you to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or mobile banking confirmation. Until verification is complete, babu80 may restrict withdrawals and certain account functions.

3.4 Account Currency

All babu80 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. Currency conversion is not supported; the platform operates exclusively in BDT.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your babu80 Login credentials, including your username and password. babu80 will never contact you to request your password by any means, including email, telephone, or chat.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must not permit any other person to access your babu80 account or place bets on your behalf.

5 Deposits

babu80 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are credited to your babu80 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Timing may vary by payment method but is typically near-instant for bKash and Nagad transfers.
• babu80 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which babu80 bears no responsibility.
• babu80 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or card registered in your own name and matching the details on your babu80 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard account holders, though babu80 may apply enhanced due-diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests.

6.3 Processing Times

6.4 Bonus-Related Restrictions

Winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's terms at the time of acceptance. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

babu80 offers a range of promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each promotional offer is subject to its own individual terms, including minimum deposit requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, wagering multipliers, and expiry dates. These individual terms take precedence over these general bonus conditions in the event of any conflict.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

8 Casino Games

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the babu80 platform and will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and may result in recovery of funds already paid:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting inconsistencies in babu80's odds.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing a third party to register an account on your behalf.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other service designed to mask or alter your geographic location, where doing so is for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

11 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be retained by babu80 pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (e.g., player-requested closure), the remaining account balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal eligibility conditions.

13 Limitation of Liability

babu80's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your babu80 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits babu80's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

15 Amendments to These Terms

babu80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, babu80 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the updated document.

Your continued use of the babu80 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
